Kips Bay Palm Beach
It’s the most wonderful time of the year—the Kips Bay Decorator Show House, of course! The eighth annual Palm Beach showcase is currently open in Providencia Park and runs for another two weeks. As the primary fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, the event blends a wonderful cause with a celebrated occasion for the art and design communities. Each year brings a fresh opportunity to experience stunning displays of talent, art, fine furnishings and technology, while vendors and designers come together to support both the city and one another.

This year’s designers outdid themselves, drawing inspiration from across the country to create their visionary spaces against a clear blue water backdrop of the Intracoastal Waterway and nearby Palm Beach Island. Casa Branca is proud to play a significant role in this year's Show House. Now open to the public, tickets are available here.

We spoke with Rajni Alex and Caroline Gidiere, two longtime friends and fans of Casa Branca, about how they incorporated their favorite CB pieces into their rooms—featuring signature patterns, textures, and a touch of European refinement.
Caroline Gidiere Design

Already featured in Veranda for her “Ladies Club of Palm Beach,” Birmingham-based Caroline Gidiere has turned the primary suite's sitting room into the ultimate sanctuary for the lady of the house. Inspired by Lee Radziwill's Turville Grange bedroom and a dressing room by Frances Elkins, it’s a delightful blend of mid-century glamour and modern luxury.
“Casa Branca’s Palampore fabric in the Salmon and Roman palette immediately inspired me—it perfectly captures the old-school, classic Palm Beach aesthetic with its dashes of shell pink, sunshine yellow, and palm green. Collaborating with the Casa Branca team on upholstery was a dream. Their professionalism and attention to detail ensured every aspect was flawless, exceeding our expectations when we saw the workroom’s preview photos. To me, a ladies’ area like this one should invite both coffee and cocktails, with a proper writing desk."

"Working closely with Mary Dever in the West Palm Atelier, we sourced antiques and dishware from Casa Branca’s exceptional collection—curating the entire room’s manifest in a day and every piece was delivered in perfect condition. Our experience felt like a moment of calm in the chaos of installation! And so much attention has been paid to the furniture dimensions, pitch, and cushions of the upholstery—they aren’t just beautiful, they are indulgently comfortable!"
Rajni Alex Design
Also featured in Veranda, Rajni Alex’s swanky kitchen space “brings the glamour” in decadent hues and sultry details.

"We were thrilled to turn the kitchen and breakfast room into an opportunity for drama! Rich colors, marble backsplashes, and architecturally striking surfaces set the tone, complemented by jewelry-like fixtures with handblown glass, marmarino plaster walls, linen sisal grasscloth, and hand-painted silk. I think we created a glamourous, very cool, yet cozy and inviting space. Almost like a gorgeous little secret hideaway—the he(art) of the home."

"Many of our tabletop pieces came from Casa Branca, who were incredible to work with. The Papavero Rigato Porcelain dishes and Green Handblown Wine and Water Glasses were elegant in the breakfast room, while the Peacock Blue Medium Tulip Candlesticks framed our floral centerpiece, weaving in textures and colors from the surrounding spaces. We also styled a Rattan Swirl Breakfast Serving Tray with bath linens in the laundry room, layering in rich, over-the-top details at every turn.
Styling the space was the most fun—working alongside Casa Branca felt like ‘shopping’ from a dream collection of resources. If you visit our space, don’t hesitate to open drawers and cabinets—there are hidden surprises everywhere!"
