The annual Kips Bay Palm Beach Show House is always one of the most anticipated events of the season, and this year outdid itself in the most spectacular way. For the first time ever, twenty-three designers took on not one but two stunning properties — the waterfront Intracoastal House and the charming Palm Cottage in Northwood Shores. Casa Branca was there every step of the way, working alongside design teams to bring artisanal finds and elevated finishing touches to life within their spaces.
The show house is open through March 24th, so there's still time to see it in person or explore our favorite rooms and designs right here.

Barbara Lewis designed "The Champagne Conservatory" — a garden-inspired bar layered in texture, pattern, and celebratory spirit, featuring Casa Branca's Audrey wallpaper in saffron and sky, and several fabrics.
"We wanted it to feel collected over time, rooted in Old Palm Beach glamour but with a fresh, playful spirit." The process began with a hand sketch of the bar, which became the architectural anchor of the room — built outward through layers of shell detailing, woven textures, lacquered finishes, polished brass, and hand-painted floors. The palette — blush, buttery yellow, and sky blue — was carefully composed to feel joyful yet refined.
Casa Branca's yellow wallpaper became "the sunlit backdrop of the room — warm, enveloping, and quintessentially Palm Beach," paired with their pink Damasco fabric to introduce "romance and heritage — a classic motif reimagined in a way that feels fresh, spirited, and celebratory rather than formal."

Colleen Rosar's space, "Where Plans Get Canceled," is a transitional area designed for lounging with friends that easily converts into an inviting guest room featuring a beautiful daybed. The room is intended to represent the point of view of a world traveler, a personality that is perfectly mirrored by the Casa Branca accessories.

Each item she selected feels like "a unique find from abroad—the kind of piece you would make a special effort to ship home or clear space for in your suitcase."

Leanne Yarn designed the Kitchen and Dining Room — together called "The Gathering Place," reflecting the kitchen's evolution as a living space extension. Her vision was "clean, contemporary and sophisticated," anchored by a one-of-a-kind triangular island with integrated LED lighting. Swedish Glass Ball Hurricanes from Casa Branca and the Malachite Convex Mirror at the walk-up bar add character, while the dining room's tablescape plays against a backdrop of boldly colorful art.

Designed by Emily Evans Eerdman, "Mrs. Howell's Retreat" imagines if Mrs. Thurston Howell III, known to her friends as "Lovey," had ever been rescued from Gilligan's Island and returned for the Palm Beach season. Greeting guests almost immediately is a rattan Coconut Tree Floor Lamp, rising with a wink from the corner as if it sprouted straight from her private atoll. Whimsical, fabulous, and just slightly surreal, it brings the outdoors inside, casting a warm island glow and turning that corner into a true show-stopping moment worthy of Lovey herself.
