Branca Bungalow at Red Antler
Casa Branca has caught the Round Top bug! We are thrilled to reveal our most recent project and collaboration—The Branca Bungalow at Red Antler in Round Top, Texas! With the Lone Star State increasingly on our minds at Casa Branca, Alessandra set out with the help of VERANDA Magazine and Hearst to design a project in the state's Antique & Vintage capital to showcase an exceptional group of brands alongside Casa Branca collections.
The Red Antler Bungalows are located on a pretty plot of land near the center of Round Top — a town of 90 people whose population explodes three times every year to host an antique show unlike any other. The property's owners Greg Fourticq and John Cone had a clear vision for creating elevated, design-centric accommodations with hospitality at their core. Alessandra immediately saw the potential in their project and set out reinterpreting their bungalow design and its interiors while partnering with Hearst brands to bring best-in-class product and materials to complement our Casa Branca furnishings.
Nature is a central theme in the newly designed 1,300+ square foot two-bedroom, two-bath Bungalow, celebrating the local Texas Hill Country setting and the lifestyle it inspires while incorporating Alessandra’s signature flair for the mix with a nod to her Roman roots.
Hector Finch supplied lighting and lanterns throughout the project. Benjamin Moore paints provide the perfect layer of color. It's all in the details with Peacock Alley's color coordinated embroidery in the bedrooms.
Monogram’s appliances bring the open kitchen and bar to a new level, as do Cosentino’s striking countertops.
A custom fireplace by Strike and beautiful rugs from New Moon Rugs add warmth to the open-plan living room. The Woodard outdoor pieces are the ideal touch for the two cozy porches.
