Adventures in Fabric & Furniture
Casa Branca has always embodied the interplay between old and new, heritage and innovation—and all the fun to be had along the way. Each year, our highly anticipated panels highlight this philosophy and the many ways we seek to inspire the next generation of designers and enthusiasts. This week’s event was no different, and extra special at that.
✤ Palm Beach Design Days ✤
The turnout was stellar— the best and brightest of Palm Beach’s design world gathered at our Atelier to “Discover the Mix” with Casa Branca, bringing together the stories, personalities, and craftsmanship that shape our industry and community.
An inspiring day of panels began with Timeless Style: Two Great Talents Discuss Their Favorite Rooms, moderated by Stellene Volandes of Town & Country. Renowned designers Veere Grenney and Tom Scheerer shared their most memorable designs, career highlights, and the travel influences that shaped their work, with a celebratory book signing of their acclaimed publications.
✤ The Cover Up ✤
Then came The Cover Up: Adventures in Fabric and Furniture—a presentation and collaboration we were especially proud of. Five of Casa Branca’s favorite designers revealed their approach to upholstered furniture as a foundational element in room design, in a showcase of our custom furniture. Reimagined with their favorite CB fabrics, each piece was a fusion of tradition, fresh perspective, and new moods. One was as gorgeous as the next, and our socks were officially knocked off by the creativity, fun, and joy each designer brought to their projects—and to the entire day of events.
