Introducing: Fondamenta

Casa Branca collections are the thread of an ongoing conversation— tracing historical references, classical concepts, and the continuation of our own brand’s story. As we explore centuries of pattern, techniques, and textures, we expand and innovate for a new school of decoration and living. Textiles, furniture, and wallcoverings, born out of reverence and admiration for the past and a newfound curiosity, find the freshest reference with unique twists.

✤ Pietra ✤

A classic pattern derived from architecture, Pietra is an homage to the running bond design featured on a 16th Century wall only blocks away from Alessandra’s Roman home. The multi-dimensional surfaces of this timeless Italian courtyard are brought to life and made modern through our trompe l’oeil interpretation.

✤ Fiandre Linen ✤

Linen is one of history's oldest and most vulnerable fabrics. The ancient Egyptians considered its durability mythic in proportion and revered it as "woven moonlight." Fiandre is the finest heritage Belgian linen. Its upholstery weight is cool in summer, warm in winter, and designed in an array of colors to complement our collections and your creations.

✤ Branca Ticking ✤

Since Sister Parrish famously popularized classic ticking in the mid-20th century, the stripe found its way from a utilitarian 16th-century French fabric used to cover straw or feather mattresses, to everyone's favorite counterpoint for florals, chintz, or contrasting solids. Our ticking playfully recalls men's shirting, with a refined hand from the best weavers in Italy, crafted in a twill linen weave rather than traditional cotton for a uniquely special hand and feel.
