Responsabilities:

• Assist Retail Manager with cultivating and maintaining an elevated customer experience
• Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store
• Assess customers’ needs and provide product suggestions
• Use upselling techniques to help increase store sales
• Process sales using Shopify

Required Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience in the interiors or luxury sector
• Interior design/home décor experience is a preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
