Palm Beach Boutique Manager

Casa Branca is seeking an experienced retail manager to run daily operations at our Palm Beach location. Situated on historic Worth Avenue, the Casa Branca boutique is a key destination for clients and customers and showcases a range of current Casa Branca offerings, including unique tabletop and home décor accessories, artwork, and furniture collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of Worth Avenue location
  • Cultivate and maintain an elevated customer experience, with a focus on product knowledge, relationship building, and brand story
  • Nurture and maintain customer relationships
  • Maintain store inventory, reviewing sales and fulfillment with the Operations team
  • Provide insights to management regarding customer engagement, product sales, information, and requests
  • Liaise with the local Director of Trade Services on trade-related requests
  • Organize and execute in-store events (book signings, shopping events, pop-ups, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous retail or sales experience in the interiors or luxury sector
  • Interior design/home décor experience is a preferred
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about design and interiors
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen sense of visual merchandising and presentation
  • Proficient in Office Suite
  • Experience in the Palm Beach luxury market is preferred, but not required

Full Time Position: 40 hours per week; schedule negotiable
