✤ Custom fabric and wallpapers are priced per order and require payment prior to production.

✤ Sample and development fees vary and will be provided in the quote. Higher minimums apply.

✤ Payment for sampling and development is due upfront.

✤ A variation of +/- 10% is acceptable for delivered yardage. We recommend ordering additional yardage to account for shortages of up to 10%.

✤ We cannot guarantee specific piece lengths.

✤ Casa Branca does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
